Selling Products Inside your STR?

I am wondering if anyone here sells anything to their guests inside their STR?

Ideas include:

• Wine bottles so they don't have to go to the liquor store
• Paintings from local artists that are hung on the wall
• Coffee mugs, T-Shirts, or other items with your property/brand name
• Products from local artisans or food producers

I'm considering it but:

• Seems like a lot of work if it won't make money
• Don't want to deal with the sales tax
